Pricing:
$700 1 week;
$1,200 2 weeks;
$1,500 three weeks;
$1,800 one month
All utilities are included for all rentals and there are no extra charges whatsoever (unless something is damaged). However, you are required to have the apartment cleaned by a maid or cleaning service at least once a week during your stay, at your cost. We will make arrangements with our cleaning service for you.
$500 security deposit required for all rentals (to be returned at end of rental term.
